Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Matrigen or Benecell items, we are happy to assist with returns under the following guidelines: 

 

Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. 
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
• Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for safety and hygiene reasons. 

Process

• Contact our customer support team at TheBeautyForum316@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. 
• Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return shipping address.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. 

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Exchanges 

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please notify us within 7 Days of delivery.
